Reasonable price for quality connection
Fault support can be vague
Setup process was easy. Technician was punctual and helpful. I've only had 1 noteworthy outage in 12 months. Their support was a bit vague - not sure if they did anything to fix it - but the service resumed after a few hours. Most the time, it just works. Speed is ok - could always be faster, but I haven't paid for the faster option, so hard to complain.

It just works almost always

The hassle was too much for a speed I will never have but am paying for it

– Speed issue and with the competition these days, price is expensive
They had been very promising at the beginning with sending modem to customer service but however, I think customer service is outside of the country and some of them are very tired and do not help. I found out it was the nbn problem rather than Belong but no one is ready to deal with the issue I am facing with my internet connection. I think I am paying too much for the speed I am getting.

Expensive, but it works I guess
I havent had an outage in a long time
Its already expensive to its speed and prices keep going up
I think I started paying $60 and its $91 now, and product value didn't increase, just the price.

Reliable and Good Value Internet
Consistent connection, easy setup, affordable plans, friendly customer support.
Occasional slow speeds during peak times.
I’ve used Belong for several months and found the service reliable with consistent speeds suitable for streaming and work from home needs. Setup was straight forward, and customer support has been helpful when contacted. Like many providers, speeds can dip during busy periods, but overall performance meets expectations for the price.

Value For Money was ok, service was not!!!
Not a lot to be honest
Our modem would not work on 5G
Our modem was having issues and we could not get the Wifi to work throughout our house, speeds were slow, as I was based in Perth their customer service hours with daylight savings were no good to me with my work hours. I tried the troubleshooting from their website and it did not improve our service, I tried to contact the team on the number and when I did manage to get help, the help they suggested di not improve our service. I suggested there was a problem with the modem as the 2.4Ghz was functioning but the 5Ghz was not, they said it wasn't the modem and wouldn't replace it. I was getting 20Mbps on a plan that was supposed to provide 100. I have now switched to a new provider and getting 110Mbps for the same money.

Consistently Inconsistent
Easy to understand online account management, runs on Telstra infrastructure
Constant price rises, no dynamic IP addresses anymore for residential consumers, constant drop outs, no 24 hour support line, poor technical support.
Belong runs on Telstra infrastructure and offers easy to understand online account controls.
Over the past year, there have been 3 price rises, the last of which will take effect on October 2023
They have implemented the complete removal of all options to have a dynamic IP address for residential consumers and there is no more options to pay extra for a dynamic IP address.
Ever since the removal of my dynamic IP address a few months ago, I have noticed constant connection issues and regular drop out of service.
The technical support team have been of no help when I encounter connection issues or drop out since most of these issues occur after support line hours, which lastly brings me to the fact that there is no 24 hour support line.

Its a cheap plan when all goes right, but is you have problems. The call center's abroad and are hard to reach. And it takes time for things to be fixed.
